OVERVIEW

We accept refunds and exchanges.

Returns and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

1.    Product with obvious signs of use
2.    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3.    Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges however, are subject to the warranty given with the product. Individual parts can be exchanged, as all our parts come with a warranty given by the supplier. If you cannot identify the problem with your PC and you need an exchange, please return the PC and we’ll make the nessicary adjustments at no extra cost. 

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be under warranty and It must also be in packaging that will protect it from harm in transit. All PCs will come with separate warranties for the individual parts, whilst also containing a whole PC warranty. Warranties are subject to each individual part/PC.

To complete your warranty exchange, please include the warranty card given to you upon purchase. Without this card, the exchange will not be possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at pcgenius@tech-center.com.

Refurbished items

Only factory new items may be refunded, unfortunately refurbished items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pcgenius@tech-center.com and send your item to: PC Genius (attn. ADAM CARTER) Sandhurst, 7 HONE HILL, SANDHURST, BERKSHIRE GU479DH United Kingdom.

Gift cards

Purchases made with gift cards and any form of single-use cash card cannot be refunded.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PC Genius (attn. ADAM CARTER) Sandhurst, 7 HONE HILL, SANDHURST, BERKSHIRE GU479DH United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you require PC inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you need a single part exchange, please request a pre-paid shipping container for your part. You can do this by emailing us at: pcgenius@tech-center.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping item(s) that are worth £50 or greater, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
